Good hosting, slow support sometimes

I got a Reseller Hosting plan last month. The setup was quick, and the server performance has been quite stable for my clients. I appreciate the free domain with hosting deal I got. The control panel is easy to navigate. However, I had an issue with a specific email configuration, and while they did resolve it, it took almost 24 hours to get a definitive answer. For a reseller plan, I would prefer slightly faster technical support response times, especially for urgent matters. Value for money is definitely there though.

Yeah, they do for a lot of their hosting plans, especially the first year ones. I got a free .com with my shared hosting.

Not all of them, I think. You gotta check the specific plan details when you're signing up. Some of the basic ones don't include it.

Their servers are in India, so for US users, you're gonna see some latency. It's not horrible but it's not like hosting directly in the US.

Yeah, for local Indian traffic it's great, but if your main audience is in the US, you might want to look at a provider with US data centers or at least use a good CDN.
